Step N°4
Once we have finalised the trip you desire in every detail, you can send us an email confirming your acceptance of our proposed itinerary, and we will take care of everything.
All you need to do is arrive, start the car, and begin your dream holiday! To proceed with the bookings for hotels, car rental, boat trips, and all the activities chosen for your holiday, we will ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the estimated amount within a few days of acceptance. The remaining balance can be paid one month before your departure.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, you can cancel your trip up to 30 days before the departure date without incurring any penalties, retaining the full amount to enjoy your holiday at another time within two years of the payment date.
However, if the cancellation occurs within the 30 days prior to departure, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
For this reason, we strongly recommend travel and flight insurance, which you can arrange with your trusted agent or, if you prefer, we can direct you to an insurance company we trust for our clients.

For the best experience, we recommend planning your trip at least six months in advance. This is especially important during our peak season, from February to March.
While we can certainly arrange trips at shorter notice, booking in advance guarantees you secure rooms at our favorite hotels and the best experiences. We want nothing but the best for you. Giving us plenty of time to plan helps us ensure exactly that.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking. This way you protect your investment in case you unexpectedly cancel it.
